Prescription Accuracy
Eyeglass Factory Online will guarantee the quality and accuracy of your prescription as it was provided. If for any reason there is a problem please contact us and we will remake the glasses at no charge.
Frame Warranty
All of our frames carry a one year warranty against breakage from factory defects. If your glasses break within one year just contact us and send them in. The frame will be replace at no charge however shipping and handling costs will still apply. If for any reason the frame is no longer available, Eyeglass factory Online will allow you to choose a new frame of equal or lesser value from our available inventory.
Prescription Changes
If your doctor changes your prescription for any reason within 30 days we will remake the glasses 1 time at no charge however shipping and handling costs will still apply. Please send us a copy of the doctor's changes and new prescription with your glasses.
Progressive Non Adaptive Warranty
If for any reason you are unable to adjust to your new progressive lenses you have 20 days to return them. Eyeglass Factory Online will replace your lenses with standard ft28 lenses or your choice of reading or distance lenses at no charge however shipping and handling costs will still apply.
